The tutu is made of many fluffy layers of Green tulle that is scattered with polka dots on top
beneath this layer is a pocket of tulle that is filled with silver tinsel.
The x-small tutu will have the pom poms on the inside.
Keep in mind the baby size is 6" long and the toddler is 12" long, we can always put a smaller waist in the Toddler tutu if needed... just let us know. |
