Levels of Discovery was founded by dad and entreprenuer Jeff Hutsell. After spending most of his adult life in the development of emotion-based products for Hallmark, he decided that he wanted to bring fun and innovative children's products to the marketplace that are truly something special. Thinking back over the years with his own three children, he realized that there is nothing so wonderful as to see the look of sheer delight on a child's face when they've discovered something new and unexpected!
